MINNEAPOLIS----Feb. 21, 2006--Capella University, an accredited online university, announces the appointments of two new deans. Garvey House, PhD, has been appointed dean of Capella's Harold Abel School of Psychology, and Christopher Cassirer, ScD, MPH, has been appointed dean of the School of Human Services.
